Minimum One (1) Year Lease.
Monthly rates start at only $925.00 for a One Bedroom.
Rates vary depending on View and Type of Unit.
Rates are quoted on a Monthly Basis and are in Canadian Funds with no applicable taxes.
Half a Month's Rent is required as a Damage Deposit.
Rent is payable on the First of the Month by Post-dated Cheque, Direct Debit, VISA or MasterCard (a surcharge will apply for the use of credit cards).
Tenants are required to enter a Lease Agreement as set out in the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia.
